Jack’s recent work includes the successful lease‑up of the historic Prefontaine Building in Pioneer Square with an artist residency and gallery group — a transaction recognized with the 2026 CoStar Impact Award for Seattle/Puget Sound Lease of the Year. The deal highlights his ability to navigate complex assignments and create value through creative tenanting strategies.

From the Bay Area, Jack has grown up outside his whole life. Here, he developed a love for the Pacific Northwest outdoors and can be found skiing in the winter, hiking the mountains, or playing golf in the sometimes‑rare Seattle sunshine.
