    Dan’s real estate career began in 1993 and includes office and industrial leasing, investment sales and national site selection. Since 2000 Dan has sold $250+ mil of stabilized investments and leased more than 1M SF of Class ‘A’ office space in King County. Since 2017 he has also been a leader in $100+ mil of apartment acquisitions and ground-up development, 60% of which have already sold ($142 mil) and all of which have met or exceeded pro forma expectations to date. Dan lives in the foothills of Issaquah, WA with his family of four. In his spare time, he enjoys skiing, snowboarding, scuba diving, surfing and biking.
