Bojidar Gabrovski started his commercial real estate career in 2009, specializing in property management and lease administration in Chicago. In 2013 he made the move to Seattle to join CBRE where he focused on corporate representation and financial analysis. Bojidar then further honed his skills at Amazon, managing high-volume transactions and stakeholders as part of the North America Real Estate Operations team. Now, as a VP at ORION Commercial Partners, Bojidar pursues long-term asset positioning for office and industrial leasing, acquisitions, and dispositions in the Greater Seattle area. His expertise in complex financial modeling and advanced lease structures benefits owners, investors, and tenants. Bojidar attributes his success to exceptional customer care and a deep understanding of his clients’ needs.

In his free time, he enjoys playing competitive water polo and soccer, spending time with his family, and exploring the great PNW outdoors.
