Maple Valley Retail is Sold for $13M

MAPLE VALLEY — A California-based group has purchased portions of a shopping center for $13 million.

The Wilderness Village Shopping Center at 22117 S.E. 237th St. in Maple Valley was bought by Wilderness Garp LLC, an entity of Gerrity Atlantic Holdings. Gerrity is a Solana Beach, Calif.-based company that owns several other retail centers on the West Coast. The seller is Hogate Wilderness LLC, managed by Allan Ferrin of Hogate Properties.

The sale includes five parcels in the area. Property records show the city of Maple Valley owns a parcel in the complex occupied by a QFC.

QFC and Bartell Drugs are two of the anchor stores in the retail complex.
