    Scott Clements is a commercial real estate professional with over 20 years of experience in the Puget Sound area. He specializes in investment and owner/user sales and has a proven track record of success in mediating competitive deals for his clients; representing sellers and/or buyers. Scott is a highly skilled negotiator with a deep understanding of the commercial real estate market.

    Scott began his career in 1999 with Leibsohn & Company. Since then, he has successfully represented numerous clients in the acquisition and disposition of their commercial properties. In 2012, he joined ORION Commercial Partners, where he is now a partner and continues to specialize in office, industrial, and retail investment sales.
