ORION Commercial Partners Retains Leasing of Blackriver Corporate Park Through $28.8M Sale

Earlier this month, Blackriver Corporate Park in Renton, WA sold for $28.8M to Laird Norton Properties. ORION Commercial Properties played an integral role, leasing 98.9% of the space before its sale, and has been retained as the leasing team for the campus. Brokers Dan Foster and Matthew Hinrichs were responsible for leasing the space to near compacity.

Blackriver Corporate Park is located in Seattle’s strongest Southend submarket, between downtown Seattle and Bellevue. The property has 13-buildings on 236,5423 SF of office campus, allowing for versatility and flexibility for tenant’s needs. This area was targeted by Laird Norton Properties due to the younger workforce looking for opportunity outside of the Seattle city center and closer to the suburbs. Increased office rents within the city also suggest that more offices will choose spaces away from downtown.
